Who is LabellaMafia?

Does Labellamafia ship internationally?

Yes! For international orders please allow 3-10 business days. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected at time of delivery. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In some regions you should allow additional delivery time due to customs delays.

How do I know how much are my customs and duties fees?

You can look up by your country to get an estimate:

Keep in mind customs policies vary from country to country and unfortunately we have no control over how your country determines customs fees. To find out how not to be charged customs fees, contact your local customs office for more information. Most countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. Please note that no matter whom the carrier is, U.S. Postal or private, the laws and rules are the same for everyone. Each country is different and each carrier handles these issues differently when clearing customs.

How come when I try to checkout I get a zip code error?

The zip code alert will show up if any of the address fields are incorrect. The billing address must be the same address that is on the credit/debit card that you are using to make the purchase. If that is not the address that is on the card you are trying to use, then you need to input the billing address from the card, and select the option that will allow you to ship to another address.

Do you accept PayPal?

Unfortunately, at this time we only accept payments via Debit and Credit card. We are working on including PayPal as an option in the future.

I just placed an order, can I change the size or add another item to it?

Unfortunately, we cannot add to or modify an existing order. You will have to place a new order.

How to I exchange my order?

Please send the item back to us and we will exchange for you. If the product you want to exchange is sold out at the time we receive your package, we will then issue you a full refund ( including shipping cost) so you can place a new order with us.

Can I buy from the Brazilian website?

Our Brazilian site only ships inside of Brazil. All international orders can only be placed through our website

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide (except to Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela)

How much is shipping cost and delivery times?

Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your state/country and weight of products ordered.

How often do you restock products?

We are unable to predict when items will be back in stock. As soon as any product is restocked, it will be available for purchase on our website again. We work our best to restock the most wanted products as soon as possible.

Can I place an order over the phone?

For fraud prevention, we cannot allow payment submissions over the phone. If you are having trouble making a purchase online though, please send an email to and let us know exactly what you are having trouble with and we'll help.

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was canceled, the item you ordered became out of stock and is no longer available. These cases are rare, however, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will receive an email notification about the cancellation.

What should I do if I didn't receive an order confirmation email?

Please first check your spam folder to see if your email was redirected. If you cannot find your order confirmation, please contact our Labellamafia team at to make sure your order went through and your email was entered correctly.

What are your shipping options?

Domestic orders are shipped anywhere inside of United States via USPS. International Orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or FedEx International economy depending on your state/country.

Can you ship my international order as a gift?

Unfortunately we are required by law to include a copy of the original invoice inside and outside of the box.

What is your return policy?

How long does it take to process a refund?

The refund process takes 3-5 business days to complete, and once the process is completed a refund will be credited to the same credit card used for purchase.

How long will keep my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, the USPS Tracking number will be available on the USPS website for 60 days after delivery. After that, the tracking number will be automatically removed from the system.
